Are there RETURNS or REFUNDS?
In-store Purchases: We do except returns and offer refunds on VV yellow tagged items. Customer must return within one business day and show receipt of purchase. We do NOT except returns on clothing or BIN items.
Online Purchases: If you made a purchase online and wish to return it please contact value vault at valuevaultdeals.com
How does our store work?
Physical Store
Bin prices:
Follow the price of the day. Check our instagram page for the daily price.
Clothing and Shoes prices:
Adult clothing: 6$
Kids clothing: 4$
Baby clothing (24 months & under): 3$
General Merchandise prices:
Every item marked with a solid yellow sticked is as priced at retail. The displays in store will show the percentage off for the day.
Where do I pickup my online order?
Online order pickup is in the front of the store. Once you place an order the items are ready for pickup within an hour.
What are your hours of service?
We are open 10 AM to 7 PM. Monday through Saturday.
